Tropical Twist Smoothie

Just a quick post!

Today (post-workout) I decided to make a delicious smoothie from fruit I had lying around, usually I create smoothies from berries- delicious and sweet. But I decided to try something new; a tropical twist.
I used:

- A handful of ice
- 1 whole mango
- 2 kiwi
- 2 green apple
-Handful of blueberries

It was cold, tangy, refreshing and quick to make ! and a nice change from the thicker smoothies I usually create.
