Be.Fit London

On the 6th of May 2018, I went to the final day of the Be. Fit London festival which was spread over 3 days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Be.Fit festival is the UK's only health and fitness festival for women.

As you know from my blog, I am extremely passionate about fitness and food (fuel) and these kinds of events really inspire me to work harder and motivate me even more. In my opinion, we should all be exploring new and exciting things and these occasions help to do that by expanding your mind and educating you on the topics you are most interested in.

But today was extra special for me, I finally got to meet The Body Coach (Joe Wicks) in real life. I have followed him from the beginning and I am so pleased at how far he has come. At the main stage, he started off with a quick 15 minute HIIT workout (which unfortunately I wasn't dressed for) and then went on to show us a recipe from his first lean in 15 book. His presence was very humbling and you could definitely tell he was a down to earth guy who just loved helping people through fitness and good food! A lot of influencers seem to stray from meeting people and socialising but he answered questions and even stayed behind for a meet and greet. What a guy.

I explored the rest of the festival and couldn't believe all the brands that I already knew/used! I had tried every health product I encountered that day! I don't know if that makes me a loser or really really cool? I will leave that up to you!
Some of the brands I encountered were: Nush, Hippeas, Aspire, KoKo, Caulirice, KIND, Oatly, Reebok & many more!

I got loads of free samples from these companies and I hope to create some amazing recipes with them asap!

Here are some pictures I took at the event:

It was a great day and I highly recommend checking it out next year!

Next time I plan to go to all three days and book a lot of workout classes! This year I was slightly unprepared as I got my tickets last minute from a friend (if you're reading this then thank you again!).

I love how everyone came together to celebrate fitness, good food and each other!

It is such an empowering experience to see how many women love fitness.

If you want to see a few more pictures/videos check out my Instagram story, I post on there a lot, arguably too much some would say...

Anyway, I hope you're enjoying this bank holiday weekend and the lovely weather!

Namaste
